How to Install the Bloomberg Excel Add-In:
Note: You should only have to do this process the first time you use this Bloomberg Terminal, or after computer maintenance has removed your profile.
Open Excel, accept the License Agreement if prompted, close Excel.
Go to Windows Start menu > All (top right corner under the search bar) > Bloomberg folder > Install Office Add-Ins and select it.
Click Install. A confirmation box will appear. Close the boxes.
Re-open Excel and the Bloomberg tab should be visible at the top.
Note: If errors appear in the confirmation box, repeat Step1 for each application with an Add-in error (e.g. Word, PowerPoint) and run Install Office Add-Ins again (Steps 2 and 3)
To install the Excel Plug-In for LSEG you will need to Download LSEG Workspace. There is a test you can download as well to verify your PC's compatibility. There is also a video you can watch on downloading LSEG Workspace here.
To install the Excel plug-in you will need to request the Workstation Access from the Service Desk here.
